Kathy is capable, calm, efficient, helpful, SMART, experienced, and also very kind and patient. She did the work thoroughly and quickly, and made it seem easy (which it was not!). Plus she's very well connected in this city and beyond. Anyone investing in Memphis-area real estate would be foolish not to see if Kathy is a good fit for them. (I have had the benefit of her capabilities two times now, and will call her again should the need arise.)

Kathy took care of our closing and did a fantastic job. We had a "hiccup" that popped out and she took care of it quickly and resolved everything. If you want complete trust in your attorney when buying our selling a home - she is one to go to. A true professional with a caring heart for her clients!
