Regrettably, my J1 waiver application process was mishandled. After four months, Meghan Moody informed me that my state had no remaining J1 waiver spots. However, upon contacting the state authorities, I discovered that six spots were available. The aforementioned negligence may have resulted in a year-long unemployment period and the prospect of relocating to my country of origin. Furthermore, there was a failure to identify a spelling mistake on my visa approval. I also encountered issues during my green card process due to guidance provided by Meghan, which resulted in significant delays. Upon reaching out multiple times via email and phone messages, I received no answers and encountered rude and unprofessional staff. Subsequently, when providing appropriate feedback and one star, Elisa Taub attempted to coerce me, threatening to take advantage of the situation. She attempted to manipulate by reaching out to my employer and making threats, while fabricating one-sided false stories to conceal their numerous incompetencies. She demanded that I retract my review and issue an apology. It is unacceptable behavior and an harassment to be treated in such a manner after encountering consistent incompetence, unprofessionalism, and tardiness from their staff on multiple occasions. It is regrettable that this organization operates as an immigration firm. My acquaintanceship with an instance where a medical professional lost their employment due to Meghan's habitual tardiness is disheartening. Personally, I narrowly escaped a similar fate. I express gratitude for having terminated my association with this firm. I encourage you to seek alternative legal representation, as there exist numerous proficient and respectful professionals who surpass the performance and conduct of Meghan and Elissa.

These guys are amazing to work with and take all the applications and trust you place on them seriously. I just got my visa approved and it came against the backdrop of some real hard work by the Siskind Susser group. I worked with Jason Susser, Jeanne Santos, and Lori Cox, and all three work with exceptional professionalism! Throughout the meetings, and emails I exchanged with them, I could very well sense their intention to get my application successfully approved. I have been around people who simply put in the bare minimum effort and wait for destiny to take effect, but these guys never worked on such haphazard assumptions. Each email and evidence was dissected to meet the criteria successfully, the requirements for immigration are very thoroughly memorized, and the final report on your status meticulously addresses why your application should see the light of the day. My weaknesses were discussed with me and I was provided ideas and encouragement on what Plan B efforts I can take to make my application stronger. My case came back requesting more evidence and conviction, and all three worked with me patiently during this time to encourage collecting more evidence and speaking to more distinguished scientists for support. Right before the application deadline, I had a piece of evidence to append, and they were patient and diligent in adding the important piece to the report without any complaints or fuss. During this process, it became clear to me that immigration is a very sensitive and serious topic requiring me to work on it with the ethics of the highest grade. The lawyers obeyed the principle to the highest degree and only worked within the boundary conditions and rules set by the USCIS. Even under such tight conditions, I appreciated their ability to be innovative while building my case, ensure all my relevant achievements were highlighted and added to my application, and deliver the strongest of all the reports to the USCIS. I am immensely grateful to have worked with them. They really have delivered success especially in these times where I hear a lot of immigration applications get rejected and managed to do it without sending my heart rates over the roof!
