These people waste your time. Put you on hold for a long time and them ask for $200 before they will tell you whether they can even help you or not. They wouldnt even give me an idea of how much the Visa process would cost first. Im going somewhere else.

They have a retired attorney that harassed me on Facebook when I called him down because he posted hate speech. He's retired but his profile still shows he's their chief counsel . It's bad for business. You don't expect lawyers to be warm and fuzzy but this guy is horrible. When I called their office they wasted no time telling me he wasn't there anymore. They don't like him either

Disappointed with customer service! The person who answered my call didn't even care to listen to my question and all I heard was "you need to make an appointment". But all I was asking was if they offer a certain service is at their firm or not. If I know that they do have that service, of course I'd schedule a consultation. I repeated my question and tried to explain but yet again I heard a bored voice saying "make an appointment".

I was looking for two criteria in an immigration attorney: knowledge of the law and a genuine caring personality. I was lucky to find both in this hardworking, true champion of immigrants, Lilly Axelrod. She was by my side to the end when my application was approved. Every time I met with her, she impressed me through her knowledge of the law and attention to details. I came away feeling like I was her only client. Shortly after she had returned from her maternity leave, she met me and my wife for my naturalization interview, on a cold 36 degree morning in November in Memphis. My sincerest apologies if Anyone read my previous review. Mr. Ari Sauer is my immigration attorney who is handling my complicated case. Mr. Ari is extremely professional and knowledgeable about immigration law, as well as his Paralegal, Ms. Martinez who went beyond her duties in obtaining an appointment with the proper Consulate. My communications with his office are promptly answered anytime I have a question. I was recommended to go to Nashville to have my issues resolved, fortunately I was strongly recommended to his office and in doing so, I made a wise decision in obtaining his services as well as his staff. Jason Susser was recommended by several of my MBA classmates, and I worked with him to prepare my O-1 application under some time pressure - since I was looking to transfer smoothly from my current visa. Jason and his team got me through the entire process - from first call to successful approval - in just over two months! In addition to getting me the result I was hoping for, it also was a very positive experience throughout working with the Siskind Susser team. They are very professional and organized, and gave me a clear plan for getting all requirements into place. Considering the complexity of an O-1 application, this level of support was very reassuring.
