I had a seemingly complex situation with regards to a real estate transaction. Carl was able to break the deal down and explain every part of it to me and he was able to find solutions to get it closed. I would highly recommend Carl's services.

Carl went above and beyond to not only accommodate an earlier closing for us, but explained all our questions well and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and we will use him again for future deals.
