Poor communication and lack of updates
“At first I would have gave them a 5 star review, but since my case has been going on that has definitely turned to a one. Their communication is terrible. I have called multiple times and have also emailed. I turned in some documents and I wanted to confirm they had them. I never received confirmation. Months have gone by and I reached out to get an update and still have not heard anything.”

Delays in attorney response and case progress
“Have yet to hear from the layer that is supposed to be working the case but the gentleman I talked to over the phone seemed to know what he was doing. I suspect I will know more later...”
