Lack of communication and updates with clients
“At first I would have gave them a 5 star review, but since my case has been going on that has definitely turned to a one. Their communication is terrible. I have called multiple times and have also emailed. I turned in some documents and I wanted to confirm they had them. I never received confirmation.”
