What’s an oxymoron? Bailey & Greer. Why? Honest attorneys. I interviewed numerous law firms in Memphis after our insurance company offered an insultingly low settlement. None impressed me until I spoke with Bailey & Greer. Beginning with the person who answered the phone to Mr. Greer handing us a check, there was never a time when I wasn’t confident that our case was in the best possible hands. Thomas Greer and Whitney Miller (paralegal) are not only remarkable in their knowledge of law, they are wonderful human beings. Down-to-earth, no-nonsense people with a sense of humor. Greer is tough without being aggressive, Miller is so organized and thorough it’s almost scary. There was a never “I’ll get back to you.” Answers were immediate and forthcoming. There aren’t enough stars to give them. They are simply the best law firm period.
