Nick acted like he cared about my case. As the victim of long standing DV, ending with my ex being arrested and a SWAT team being involved, I thought I would finally see justice. Nope. Nick didn’t return phone calls/emails. I had proof my ex was violating multiple conditions of his bond order. Nick simply didn’t care. Transferred the case to Shelby County. There will be no consequences. So now my ex gets to do this to someone else. Nick is a coward. Lazy. Incompetent. Unprofessional.

My father was incarcerated for an incident against my brother and after I met with Nick for a consultation and within 3 minutes of talking with him, I hired him immediately. Nick was very detailed on all of the pros and cons of my dads case, very informative and through from day one. My dad was looking at a lengthy sentence, “Possibly Life,” but Nick pushed on and my Dad ended up not passing away behind bars, but instead at home with his family.
