In the process of establishing a Living Trust, Russell reviewed and provided necessary updates for Healthcare POA's, Living Wills, Last Will and Testaments, and the necessary instructions and assignments for properties and fundings related to the Trust. Our son, who has autism, recently turned 18 and we decided it would be in his best interest if we acted as his conservator as he slowly transitions into adulthood. I hired Mr. Hayes to handle my mother's estate by drawing up her will, taking us through the court proceedings after death , dealt with banking matters and advised me all the way through the process.
