I do not recommend Delta Title Services at all for your title needs, they are very unethical, especially Leslie Talley. She is a total thief who stole my deal. Their work is not professional at all because they worked on the contract I had with the buyer without my permission

Details were worked out professionally. Signing of forms went very smoothly. Office personnel were quite friendly and helpful. Coming from Nashville, we arrived before our appointed time and were seen. Transactions were completed as promised.

Delta Title supported my throughout my transaction making it a whole completely smooth process. Toni kept a direct and transparent line of communication with me the whole time, facilitating things to happen even on the biggest challenges which even let us to close remotely as I was traveling international.
