Pros
1
Highly knowledgeable and skilled immigration attorneys
“Valerie is so nice, and understanding she has the experience, and knowledge to really make your case a successful one.”
2
Responsive and attentive communication
“They were always quick to answer any questions I had, and were very patient in guiding us through the process.”
3
Thorough and meticulous preparation of documents
“Valerie put together a packet for USCIS that was several hundred pages long which included things that I would have never thought of.”
4
Dedication to client success
“From start to finish, it probably took 3-4 months to send our papers to USCIS and receive the green card in the mail. I'm not sure why the process went so fast, but I definitely attribute the speedy process to Valerie's understanding of what exactly the government wants to see and exactly how the government thinks so there will be no need for them to question anything you want to do.”
5
Compassionate and understanding approach
“They made us feel like we were her only clients!”
Cons
1
Unprofessional and rude behavior from some staff members
“Brian was very rude and disrespectful. I called in to speak with Ms. Valerie, whom I have spoken with before about a fiancé Visa (Before my husband and I got married) Brian stated they were not doing fiancé visas anymore and I asked for more details as of why. He rudely explained why.”
2
Difficulty in reaching the attorney or getting timely responses
“It's been 4 months, and I cannot get a call or email back to save my life this entire time. It's insane.”
