Mr. Magee, Jr. represented me before the General Session court in Dyersburg, Tennessee. He did a perfect job of handling my case. And the fee for his services was very reasonable. My case was dismissed and Mr. Magee, Jr. immediately filed to have my case expunged. I didn't even think to have my case expunged. But he did. Do not hesitate to contact him. He's the real deal professional lawyer. I'm glad that I found him.

I am trying to reach Milton regarding a case. The number on the website I’ve called a handful of times and can’t not get ahold of him. I’ve used him in the past and he was excellent. If anyone has a good phone number or if the one listed can be updated, that would be great!

I had a horrible experience being represented by Milton for an aggravated assault case that he most likely wasn’t qualified to represent me in. I feel as if he took advantage of my vulnerability and lack of criminal knowledge in the city of Memphis. Not only did he take my money and left me high and dry, but he was very unprofessional & made me feel like he was never on my side. Due to lack of evidence and witnesses by the prosecutors, I asked him to ask for a dismissal & we had a verbal argument (AT COURT) about why I shouldn’t dismiss the case. Just for 9 months later, after having a pending felony on my name, the case gets dismissed. I highly recommend finding another lawyer.
