This Man is on point!!! Had no issues with my case. He was responsive, timely, and fully on point. Handled my situation quicker than I expected with a great outcome.

My family hired this man for well over 10K to file a appeal. He DID ABSOLUETLY NOTHING AFTER HE WAS PAID IN FULL! IN FACT HE BOTCHED THE CASE UP EVEN MORE. NEVER APOLOGIZING BUT BECAME COCKY AND ARROGANT. HE WILL NOT HELP YOU PERIOD!!! This devastated Our family as We took our Life savings and put IT IN THE TOILET!!!! I SWEAR THIS ON GOD!

He handled my DUI case and it was reduced to reckless driving on diversion. He was incredibly reassuring, helpful, and knowledgeable about his craft. He answered all my dumb questions without making me feel dumb. He is easy to talk to and you never feel judged for what brought you to him. It was as speedy as could be for a legal proceeding. He is also just the cutest thing in the world. 10 out of 10 would hire again, although I'm hoping I never have to.

I contacted this law firm about a DUI and was told they would take my case for 800. I then went to meet with them and was given Joseph who was going to charge me a lot more than I was quoted, almost double. He then told me how he would handle my case and it all sounded great. As the case went on it all seemed to go downhill. He ended up not even being the one at the court. I would email him and he would not respond, he told me for one session to not go to court and then I was called by his partner asking where I was. I feel like he took my money and let my case go.

Mr. McClusky is an extremely hard working attorney. He always takes the time to go over any questions I have and very patiently will sit down and explain the different details of of the law that apply to my case. He is calm and reassuring but like the other lawyers in their law firm will never back down from a fight.
