I wanted to speak to Ms. Mcklutzky in reference to my husbands case she was very rude, and nasty hanging up in my face had an attitude and a smart mouth. I expect to take further action into letting the world know what type of person they have answering their phone calls and being a representation of their firm

LIAR AND THIEF!! I think it’s only fair for any individual looking to retain this lawyer/lawyers is aware that they are not an honest, professional, or ethical firm. When it comes to client needs or request, especially a client who has paid thousands of dollars, they do not follow through with their promises, or put in sufficient amount of work that is essentially necessary. It’s common sense and expected that a lawyer should have knowledge of their case, be transparent to the client and prepare more than 5 minutes before court!!! However, these lawyers are quick to TAKE YOUR MONEY, then DO NOT VISIT THE CLIENT, NOR RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. It is always excuse after excuse. When it comes to the actual trial, they significantly lack preparation and knowledge of the case and proceedings. Don’t be fooled by the good game they talk. These lawyers CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. Your money is their only concern. Thereafter, they are quick to get rid of your case regardless the outcome. To be perfectly honest, you're better off representing yourself before you retain this lawyer or his unprofessional/rude law office!!
