When experienced law office is what you need

A year and a month passed by and nothing was done to my case. Atty Larry Weismann won’t refund but continues to waste my time. He even made me go to court and when I got there there wasn’t any court date for my case. This law firm is a joke

This lawyer took my money and never worked on my case. A year and a month later - nothing was done. My case was even dismissed because he neglected to take care of it. It was sitting for 8 months until I told him that I’ll file a complaint , that’s when he called me. A year passed and still nothing was done, no refund issued either even after I asked him to just refund me and release me as a client. He even made me go to court several times and there wasn’t even a court date scheduled for me . He does not value his clients and thinks he can waste their time only because he is more valuable than them. This lawyer should never practice at all. He is so irresponsible . Do not hire this lawyer if I were you. He is a scam . He took my money and left my case the way it is. All work done to/ with my case was all my work and nothing proceeded after my filing. He refiled it after it was dismissed because he sat on it for almost a year. The initial filing was my work doing. After that- it’s still there and nothing was done to it . This lawyer is irresponsible and incompetent . Do not hire him!!

I should have done this review earlier but better late than never. Larry Weissman handled a real estate closing for us during the height of the pandemic. He went over and above to work with the other party who was elderly and frail and very concerned about getting out in public to sign paperwork. Further complications arose and he helped us navigate the situation to our extreme satisfaction. We will definitely use him again if the need arises.

They didn't answer their phones much, during business hours when I tried calling all week long. My emails were neglected and the paralegal Wanda needs to retire. She not the sharpest knife in the draw when it comes to business matters

Max Ostrow has failed to meet minimum competency, failed to file timely, failed to notice properly, caused case delays due to supposed multiple computer failures, failed to respond to inquiries for many months on end, co-mingled and unduly restricted nonprobate assets with the court's admonishment, and failed to complete a small probate matter in 3 years and still counting. Either incompetent or willing to weaponize the legal system and even ignore court orders and the rules of professional conduct. Steer clear of this hack.

We are based out of Atlanta and the several deals we have done in Memphis we always use Larry and he is always available to help us get the deals closed
