I was injured in a car accident in January of 2012, and was unable to work due to the constant pain in my neck and back. I filed for disability in 2013, and my attorney for this process was Dana R. Rinker. I was unprepared for the amount of records, doctor visits, additional testing, etc. that theSocial Security Administration requires. I would have lost hope without Dana's continual support, exemplary follow up and knowledge of the Social Security system. Many others I have spoken with said to be prepared to be turned down the first time your case is heard. Dana was so diligent with her handling of my case, I was awarded disability in February of this year. I know that the judgement is out of the hands of the attorney, but going in with the best case preparation possible was the key to my successful outcome. I now have an income stream, which is a tremendous blessing.
