My closing was very good.

This place does not do anything but take your money. Please do let them scam you too. I paid them for a title search on a mobile home on 15 acres. I feel that they did not even do the title search (is so then the issues would have been disclosed) but instead just added the costs to my bill. They also never mailed me my official paperwork for the deed. After months and several emails, I finally got an emailed copy, not an official document. I was advised to go the Registrars office, when this is what I paid them to do. They only reply back to you quickly before the closing. After I asked them for some information on the title for my insurance company I got “let me check into that”. 8 days later I emailed them again and have gotten nowhere. I wish I would have read the other reviews on here about them and gone to a company that is trustworthy.
