Very rude and does not reply to emails or return phone calls. Attorneys hide behind their paralegals. Claims have been filed with the Tennessee Bar Association for unethical practices.

I only owe 50.00 dollars a month, and sometimes it's embarrassing to choose between keeping your lights on and buying food, My son has Autism and he eats all day. As a mom, I love to feed my baby, but if I miss one payment, they said they will garnish entire my check. I live pay check to pay check. I will lose everything, and my baby, we will lose our home and be homeless.
