We had a very time sensitive custody issue, and Mrs. Jackson went above and beyond what was expected of her to assist us !!

Her services and knowledge did very little for me, especially for the price. Anything she did in court for me could have been performed by myself alomg with a little info of how the court processing works. It was a large waste of money recruiting her “expertise.”

Ashley went above and beyond what other Attorneys were willing to do for me. I was/am not married so according to TN state law I had no legal rights to my daughter, that was until I had Ashley in my corner. Her rates were more than fair for the time she had involved in my child custody case and I never got "nickel and dimed" like I hear from other people's experiences with other firms/attorneys. I am completely satisfied and I would definitely recommend Ashley Jackson to anyone in need of representation for any Family Law case.

If i could select no star i would.. i would not recommend her to anyone. She would take a month to even call me back at times, every apt i had with her she was late and then would leave early but wanted to charge me for the full hr, once she got my money she dropped my case, so i spent thousands for nothing!!! absolutely nothing was done. Never followed up with anything i was telling her about my case etc.
