Mr Nixon representated my son in one of the hardest cases ever it wasn’t a easy fight but he gave his 100% effort he listened and gave us his best interest at heart .. Although we didn’t start out on a easy tread but throughout a year of in/out court appearances we grew . Mr. Nixon was our attorney for two different issues. He was able to get a charge reduced and successfully guided us to a very good resolution of a suit filed against us. He was courteous, patient, professional, concerned and explained everything in such a clear way. We are very grateful for his representation and for his guidance in resolving all the issues we faced.

In my opinion, Mr. Nixon is the best lawyer in Rutherford County. I was facing 2 felony charges that would have put me away for quite some time. But with the knowledge, confidence, and know how, Mr. Nixon had it brought down to 1 misdemeanor and one retirement. I filed in civil court and figured I could do it myself. After a month or so I went to see Mr. Nixon. Previous experience made me very skeptical of lawyers. He spent a lot of time discussing what I wanted to do. A lawyer we used previously wasn't interested in our case cause it wasn't worth enough money for him. Mr Nixon charged a very fair price to take over. He worked with the other lawyer and kept me up to date. He returns emails and calls extremely fast. He ended up getting me more than I thought he would. Once again you won't regret hiring him and as long as I stay in this area I would never use anyone else.

Mr.Nixon was amazing from the start he met with me and my family. He always kept our best interest in everything he did for us. He was always there to answer all of my questions even if it was late. He exceeded far beyond my expectations for my case!! He was very attentive and never let me get over worried about my situation. He went into battle for me and conquered!!! I would never think about using anyone else ever again if any situation came to hand, I would go straight to him in confidence that the job would be done in my best interest. Please please just use him for your needs hes the man for the job 100%!!!!!!

Russell was great to work with during a tense time. Even though the case was not a major criminal offense, he did his best to ensure justice was served. Being from out of state I was very grateful to have found Russell Nixon to represent my case.

After discussing a property boundary fence case with the attorney, I asked him to write a letter to a neighbor who failed to properly contain his livestock. Mr. Nixon chose to call the neighbor after I stated I only wanted him to write a letter for me. He then billed me for this time, along with 2 phone calls to a number that was not mine. (He said he wrote the number down wrong, even though he read it back to me correctly when he was given it.) When I finally was able to get in touch with him after 13 days, I requested a refund since I had seen no action on the case. When the invoice was received several days later, it was addressed to someone else. As the bill was for his call to the neighbor (which I had told him not to do as I wanted a letter written), and for the 2 calls to whom-ever, I cannot recommend this attorney. To avoid the same experience I suffered, I recommend you seek advice of another attorney.

I had a contract with another company and they didn't pay like they said they would. We had done business together for years so I didn't want to sue them. Russell worked out the problem without filing a single page with the judge. I wasn't sure at first whether Mr. Nixon would be able to work things out because he's so young. I've had other lawyers in the past that immediately sued and dragged things out for years. Russell handled everything and got me my money in about a month. I was shocked that he worked so quickly. The relationship I had with the other business is fine and we're still on good terms. They say they respected the way Russell spoke to them and explained the options. He's now my business and personal lawyer. I'll never use anyone else.

I was worried that I'd lose my job because of my arrest. After Russell spoke to the state's lawyer we were able to work everything out. Then he spoke with my employer and explained what happened. My employer later told me that they would have fired me based on the charges the court listed, but after speaking to Russell they decided not to. I would have lost my job, my house, and possibly custody of my children if Russell hadn't help me so much. I would recommend RUssell Nixon to anyone. He's great. He explains everything so simply that even i understood. lol. Hopefully i won't need him for anything in the future but if i do I know I can trust him to take care of everything.

Russell did my divorce and he was great. He was very patient with me when I didn't know how I wanted things resolved. My husband was being a jerk and Russell stayed cool even when I was losing my cool. He always made me feel like eveything was going to be fine. Hire Mr. Nixon. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone.

I was so worried about my criminal case, but Mr. Nixon help me to ease my mind. I went to two other lawyers before I found Mr Nixon and I won't ever use anybody else. He has a good way about him and I think that makes him better at dealing with other people, like the district attorney or other attorneys.

I hired Mr. Nixon for a criminal case and he was wonderful. He kept me informed and took me through the process step by step. I would recommend Russell Nixon to anyone looking for a great lawyer at an affordable rate. I feel he charged a fair rate and worked for hard his attorney fee.
