Potential for delays or lack of communication during legal proceedings
“ABSOLUTELY the worst experience. Spent around 8k for them to basically do nothing. They completed the discovery phase and ran through my money prior to mediation which I paid for separately. I was told I was charged for them speaking to the other party since they did not have representation. Follow up was awful. The majority of the time, their phones are down and you can't get anyone (I live 2.5 hrs away).”
