* I am changing my review! Finally was able to get ahold of the office! The lady who answered was extremely kind and forthcoming with information! Side note- they are so busy due to volume!
I have tried to get in touch with this company for multiple weeks now with no answer. The phone is never answered. How are you supposed to take care of a situation with an unresponsive company

This place is a joke. They won't answer calls or return phone calls in a timely manner because they "are always in court" or "working on cases in order". However they will take everything out of your bank account without so much as a courtesy call.

How can you make payments if they never answer your calls. I even drove to Murfreesboro to make a payment and the employees are smoking. But by the time you get to the door its locked.
