I was on the fence about hiring a lawyer as I was needing to ensure a bill was paid by insurance due to a car accident that was not my fault, and in doing so was worried about incurring another bill if something fell through in this process. Let me just say hiring Bragdon & Bragdon law firm was THE BEST DECISION I have made all year! Mr. Bragdon was upfront, no BS. No empty promises. He was more up front and real than most businesses I have dealt with...let alone lawyers.(this is my first lawyer encounter but we all know what is said about lawyers in jokes and TV shows) Mr Bragdon is not only professional, responsive and completely transparent, he is also thorough and his follow through is certainly something to BRAG about. Robert Bragden is an excellent lawyer. We used his services years ago for a car accident that was not our fault. My wife was recently rear-ended at a stoplight and we decided we needed to get a lawyer. When you go to their office you will actually speak with Mr Bragden or his son not some legal assistant or hired lawyer. Robert Bragden Sr is about to retire so he is passing the business down to his son who seems to be just as good as his father.
