Haven't had to hire these gentlemen but was served with a papers from an accident my son was involved in. Wasn't sure what I needed to do since I have never had to deal with anything of this sort before so I called these guys. Although I only called for a Consultation this gentlemen treated me like I was a paying client. He spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me telling what I needed to do and went over some of the terminology in the summons with. He had absolutely no obligation to spend as much time on yhe phone me as he did but he did and was absolutely professional about it and I never felt like he was rushing me off. I hope I never have to hire these Gentlemen but if I should I will absolutely be coming to them. And even though my experience was only a 15 minute call I would have to say that I would 100% recommend them simply due to how he treated me on the phone.

After my husband was involved in a car accident, we initially began dealing with the auto insurance company on our own. Quickly we realized that they were not going to take care of us nor provide adequate reimbursement due to the collision. Robert Bragdon was my attorney after a car wreck. I was injured and out of work, and he made sure that I was ok and took care of everything he was my first call after my wreck and personal injury the best in town in my opinion.

Cannot recommend Rob at Bragdon and Bragdon more. I’ve never needed an accident attorney and was not sure about the process or what to expect. I hired another firm immediately after my accident who had good reviews, but didn’t communicate well, didn’t help set expectations, and basically kept asking for me to trust them and they would reach out when they have info. I don’t work that way and my gut told me to find someone else. After meeting with Rob, I immediately fired the other firm. The process with him was the complete opposite. I was informed of any/all decisions and updates, my expectations were set and clear, and the speed of resolution immediately increased. My only regret is not hiring him from the beginning. Please don’t be fooled by commercials or billboards. If you want the best representation possible by a local firm who actually live and work in our community, please look no further. You will not regret it!
