Potential delays in handling time-sensitive cases
“In our experience just a few months ago, we had a restraining order granted to save the lives of our children from a dangerous person. Mr Judkins' courier was supposed to deliver those papers the very day they were granted. He didn't. Every other lawyer will tell you they should have been delivered that evening, as those papers were signed that day with plenty of time to deliver them plus it was an emergency as the children were in danger!”
