Tommy is great to work with! He came along side our family and provided a great outcome quickly and with confidence! I appreciate his down to earth manner explaining each step we walked through them. His experience was worth his costs which during my research I found to be very fair.

I had a very complicated divorce case in Bedford County. Stan Bennett was my main attorney, but I also worked with Dinah Michael and Brad Hornsby. Allyson Hornsby did a phenomenal job as my paralegal too. Stan really believed in my case and is very well respected in Bedford County. The number of times I was told by the judge, mediator, etc that “they’ve never seen anything like this” is a good testament to how complicated my case was. Stan and his team fought with everything they had during each trial, appeal and challenge. They used their vast legal knowledge and were willing to do the research for all of the unusual things that came up. Stan, Dinah and Brad did a fantastic job in court and were often complimented by the judge on how well they tried the case. I can’t thank the whole team enough for everything they’ve done and how it turned out. If you are looking for an attorney that believes in you and is willing to fight the fight, I highly recommend them.

We lost my sister in August and had do an emergency visit to tn to take care of things. I was coming from nc and my mom was coming from ny. I just happened to come across Mr.Bennett through Google and since then they have been nothing but great. I worked closely with Miss.Karen who was amazing every step of the way. And let me tell you, there were a lot of phone calls and emails. Everytime I had to communicate with them, you could tell they cared. They really make you feel at home and in a way, made it more peaceful with everything else going on. I knew having them, was one less thing I needed to worry about. ABSOLUTELY the worst experience. Spent around 8k for them to basically do nothing. They completed the discovery phase and ran through my money prior to mediation which I paid for separately. I was told I was charged for them speaking to the other party since they did not have representation. Follow up was awful. The majority of the time, their phones are down and you can’t get anyone (I live 2.5 hrs away). The best part is any time you FINALLY get ahold of an assistant or anyone there, MIRACULOUSLY they just stumbled upon some new information 😅. Every. Single. Time. Then I was misinformed that everything was completed and was waiting on the judge to sign off. Well it was never taken and sat for THREE ENTIRE WEEKS while I’m thinking I’m only waiting on the signature of the judge. I have been waiting on a judge to sign off on this for nearly two months now. Ridiculous. Save your money and secure more reliable representation elsewhere.

My story is too long to write for a google review so what I will say is that hiring “Tommy” Bray as my attorney in a custody case was the absolute worst mistake I’ve ever made…there were warning signs early in what ultimately took two years but I ignored them because I trusted Tommy and was not knowledgeable in law or its processes. Tommy at best was hectic shaky and disorganized and at his worst would not return calls and completely ignored my questions via email and phone. I would NEVER hire an attorney out of Rutherford county again especially Tommy Bray…pay the extra money and get an attorney from Nashville!!!!

I am in the middle of a divorce and child custody case. Allyson Hornsby has been the biggest source of information, support and laughs through tears.
