Scott is very professional and goes above and beyond expectations. He was easily available by email whenever I had questions or concerns arise regarding my case. Scott and his incomparable team did and amazing job representing our family in through the process of adopting our son. They took great care of us, and most importantly, they shot straight with us. Scott gave us the reality of what could happen from every angle. Even after the adoption was final, his staff walked us through getting all of the forms and process for birth certificates and social security cards. The Clarke Law Firm handled my divorce. My experience with Mr. Clarke was great. Friendly, and honest best sums up Mr. Clarke's character. He let me know exactly what I needed to do in order to move my divorce along and gave me the information I needed immediately. He didn't hesitate to answer my questions, and helped me feel comfortable during the process - and in court on the day of my divorce. Ms. Molyneaux also helped me a number of times, and was able to answer my questions when Mr. Clarke was unavailable. The office is very prompt when returning calls or responding to emails. I had a hard time settling on a lawyer but once I had my first meeting with Mr. Clarke I knew I'd be glad he represented me. I was right.

Dealing with anything legal can be scary at times and confusing for some of us but even on our first meeting with Scott he answered all of our questions and explained to us how everything was going to go step by step. Pretty much we told him what we wanted, he told us he could make it happen and he did! Like any other lawyer Scott can be busy at times but his staff made sure to answered ALL of our questions every time we called to see how our case was going and even if they didn't know the answer they would find out for us and always gave us a call back the same day. The process itself took some time but we didn't have to do absolutely anything after our first meeting, Scott took care of EVERYTHING for us which, of course, gave us some peace because before hiring him we were scared about messing up on any legal document that could potentially change the outcome of our case if it had been done wrong. If we ever need a lawyer again we most definitely will see Scott again.
