I can’t say enough about Mr. Brad Hornsby. I have used Mr. Hornsby for many devices. Divorce, child custody, child protection, name changes, property issues and foreclosure, contractors breaking contracts, work place retaliation, power of attorney. All things handled very professionally and ethically. Very open about being a Christian and lives out those values both personally and in the way he conducts his business. Sometimes it can be frustrating when you don not think he is working fast enough. However, if you listen and follow what he tells you to do, when he tells you it is time you will be successful and things will work out as best they can in the legal system. We had an on-going issue with a neighbor that worked for the county and other lawyers did not want to take our case due to the office he held. We explained to Nathan about the bullying of our neighbor over a real estate easement and he took care of the issue without going to court even though our neighbor had obtained a lawyer.
