My mother had a case handled by Mitch G & his office last fall. The staff was courteous and Mitch is a very nice guy. The case was handled fairly quickly and all went well. Settlement only took a couple months. We would like to thank Mitch for all his hard work and knowledgeable staff. You guys are the best!

This experience has been extremely emotional and tedious. I feel that my case could have been handled better considering I was referred to this firm by my doctor at the time. Even though I have never experienced being in this type of situation before I truly feel that my representation could have done more to fight for me. Even in the beginning, it was like I needed to except anything put on the table and at that point I knew I was alone in this ordeal. The reason for me seeking out legal counsel was to be advised on which steps may be better to take, what direction may be better to go in, and to be compensated for my loss, but to simply put it I had to figure all that out myself with hardly no input along with barely being compensated. I do understand that at the end of the day it is my choice to do whatever I decide since it was my case, but with no input how can I choose whats best for me? I am not happy with the outcome and I feel that my representation did not try to put themself in my shoes to even understand that my quality of life will not be the same as it was before. I feel my legal counselor did not represent me to fullest of their ability because it was clear cut case, however it seems to be different when it comes to the legal aspect. I feel like I was just a number and not a person who was a victim. I appreciate the failed attempt to represent me to the fullest, but I will not refer this firm to anyone in the future. Sincerely,
