We found Mr.Frakes online and boy were we happy. He helped me get primary custody of my two children. He worked very hard on my case. I would receive updates on my case sometimes in the middle of the night! He works diligently to make sure you get what you need done. Everyone knows how hard it is to get primary custody when you are the father in tennessee and by god he did it! Brad is the one you want on your side.

Brad was very knowledgeable and brought me a sense of comfort. God forbid I ever have to use his services again but if so he would be my only choice.

I have read all the reviews posted before mine and I wonder if they had the same attorney I retained. My matter was not complicated but I felt that having an attorney would be better than not having one. As it turned out I probably could have done a better job without him. He said things in court that were not discussed in our consultation. I was blindsided. The judge ruled in favor of the opposition and I believe it was because of the misrepresentation. Needless to say, my family was shocked and devastated by this. I fully understand following the law - I also fully understand representing your client. He did not do a good job for me and my family. As ridiculous as it sounds, it almost seems as if he had a soft spot for my opposition and felt that my "request" was wrong. If that were really true, he should have refused to take my money and then "pretend" to represent me.

The amazing Mr. Frakes was recommended by my former attorney who was not able to handle my case. Mr. Frakes gives a clear, realistic understanding of your options and makes solid recommendations. He is direct, but kind, accessible for questions, and is affordable. I was impressed by his thoroughness, attention to detail and prompt updates on the case. And most of all by his results.When I was waiting in the lobby at court,there were lawyers and court employees who, after asking ‘who is your attorney?’, spoke VERY highly of Mr. Frakes, commenting that he is great attorney and a fine person.
