Top knotch firm.

Rob McKinney delivered the best job with my DUI case. I had a list of charges I know that I would still be facing if it was not for him. He proved to not only be an excellent lawyer, but a thoughtful man towards my family facing court through a pandemic. Because of him, I no longer have to worry about putting my family at risk of covid and he greatly minimized the repercussions this case could of had on our future. His expertise, combined with his empathy and chivalrous demeanor, makes Rob McKinney the best choice for representation. It was obvious in court, that he is a well respected man and I know that went along ways behind the scenes. All Rob McKinney want is your money. He doesn’t see you as a person or as a client. But an opportunity to rip you off. If you are in deep trouble, I do not recommend him. He will stall your case for years.

Hiring Mr. McKinney as my DUI lawyer was the best decision I made. I absolutely believe my situation would’ve been so much worse had I went with anyone else. I hired him for a first offense DUI, and got another one while the first was pending. Without him, I do believe my consequences would have been much worse. He also instructed me on what to do about saving my nursing license due to the DUI’s. I self enrolled in a program for nurses, and have been sober ever since. Rob McKinney is an excellent criminal attorney. He took the time to really listen to me and review all the options. His explanations are thorough and understandable. He worked a lot of magic behind the scenes, when it came time for court, there was no hesitation. He sited supporting cases and provided examples specific to me.
