Thank you Rob and Brittney. You were able to take an almost unbeatable and probable "DUI" and turn it into a guilty plea of "reckless driving", a suspended sentence, and six months probation. I will recommend you to anyone who makes the same unfortunate decision to get behind the wheel after drinking. I will be forever indebted to you and your staff.

I want to thank Rob and his helpful staff for understanding one screw-up should not ruin your life! Rob personally helped me get a DUI charge lowered to reckless driving keeping a DUI offense off my record. I also received probation instead of any jail time at all!! The only way I can describe Mr. McKinney is he's a magician. He approached my case in such a creative "outside-of-the-box" way that win or loose, it was a privilege to watch him work his "magic" in the courtroom. I was in deep with my 3rd DUI charge. Rob was able to get me a much lesser punishment than what the state wanted, especially being in Williamson County. I have been in and out of trouble since I was 18 years old. I have had public defenders, lawyers who charged a minimal amount and boy do you get what you pay for. On several occasions I was not guilty but listened to these attorneys and before I knew it I had several misdemeanors and 2 DUI's in cases where there was little to no evidence. I would have to say that Rob McKinney is the lawyer for any situation that you are facing. Throughout my case he helped with relieving the stress I was experiencing and help to put my mind at ease. There were many questions I had and he answered them all for me which made me feel more confident in going to court.
