Trudy Bloodworth helped guide and coach me through my recent divorce. While the divorce process was gut wrenching for me personally, and my children I felt I was “in good hands” with Trudy Bloodworth. Trudy and her assistant were professional, empathetic as they helped guide and represent me during my divorce. I felt that Trudy’s experience, knowledge of the law and her “real world coaching” were exactly what I needed during this very difficult time.

Trudy is Awesome. I would encourage you to stop surfing for the right attorney and go hire Trudy. She is experienced and knows the courts and processes that are required to get your case handled and she will fight for you. Trudy helped me stay calm during negotiations and guided me through to a fantastic result. I do not believe I would have gotten the awesome result I did with any other Attorney I always knew what was going on with my case and I always felt like I was important and a priority to Trudy. Trudy has represented me for several years dating back to an extremely messy divorce and custody battle. Conventional wisdom says that fathers have very little chance in these cases. Trudy was very straightforward about what to expect and what the best approach was in going up against a biased system, daddy's money, and a very high end opposing attorney. I hired Trudy for my divorce that was some what complicated with a successful business on the line. I was told up front of the problems I had and our initial response to their bullying filing tactics let the opposing counsel know they were going to have to work for their money. Trudy immediately took a bull dog response approach and did not let up until I was pleased with the opposing sides response. I’ve learned that a lot of attorneys talk a big game and can come out of the gate on fire but quickly the flame is gone and so is your case. I’m more than happy with my choice and I’m sure you will be too.

Don’t be fooled by Trudy’s petite appearance and polite demeanor. We needed an attorney with an aggressive approach and that is exactly what Trudy provided. Our case was complex and presented several unexpected turns. Each time, Trudy responded with an effective change in strategy, and consulted with us to ensure that we agreed with how to proceed. Trudy has a direct no-nonsense approach with her clients. There is no sugar coating or empty promises. She made it a point to provide both best and worst case scenarios, so we were completely prepared when we walked into the courtroom. She has a thorough knowledge of the law. She is also very good at anticipating how the opposing side will present their case. Her billing was fair and hours billed were transparent. Trudy is exactly the kind of lawyer you want on your side in the courtroom. She questions witnesses extremely effectively, with a knack for exposing lies and presenting facts. Each time, she set the witness up with a set of seemingly innocent opening questions. Then boom, the trap snaps shut and their lies were exposed. She did not take any flak from the opposing attorney either. By the end of our hearing, the opposing side had their heads hanging, including their attorney. Trust me, you do not want to see Trudy walking into the courtroom on the opposite side. If you need to hire an attorney, don’t waste your time. Consult with Trudy first.

Trudy helped me with a custody modification involving my irrational and difficult ex-wife. She has a thorough understanding of the laws and local venue that she used to craft a solution that worked for me and my children. She is a fierce advocate when negotiating with other attorneys and presents very well during hearings and depositions. Thankfully I didn't get a chance to see her at work in the courtroom because she was able to negotiate a settlement prior to court. She was also extremely compassionate and truly cares for her clients. Without question I would use her again.

I was going throug a visitation case that was rough. After I parted ways with my third attorney, I hired Trudy. Finally some results!!! I would recommend hiring this AWESOME attorney! In my opinion she is a miracle worker.

Trudy Bloodworth is amazing. She worked diligently on my divorce case. My situation was difficult due to having an autistic child and a controlling ex wife who certainly made my life most difficult.
