I recently worked with Matt Pulle and Pepper Law PLC for an insurance claim where the insurer refused to pay the full amount owed. Excellent firm! Our Indiana company needed a firm in TN to litigate our customer (based in TN) that would not pay. The collection company that we had been using to pursue this customer seemed to be intimidated by this corporate customer and failed miserably. (We closed the matter with them before litigation and sought out a firm in TN) Pepper Law was so effective that this customer settled before litigation! Full $45K balance + collection fees (that we were stuck with from the collection company) + our legal costs!
