Been working for TDOT for 13 years. I’m a truck driver. It’s all I know. I’m a hard worker, I don’t go around just making work comp claims and trying to get something for nothing. I was at work when a gust of wind came in blew me sideways. A huge piece of equipment fell. I fell back and hit the rock and asphalt ground and was knocked unconscious. Nobody at my work called for EMS, I laid there for 15-20 minutes before anybody did anything. When I finally came to I had blood all over my face and was in so much pain and would you believe they put me in a state truck and drove me to a clinic instead of calling 911 to take me to the hospital! I crushed my ear drum and now have permanent nerve damage and hearing loss in my ear from hitting the ground so hard. My injuries triggered migraines. They get really bad, it broke all the bones in my face on my right side. I have permanent damage, and now have problems seeing out of my right eye. I was doing everything I could to try to heal up and get better as fast as possible but I was afraid that they were going to fire me or send me into early retirement because of my injuries. That’s when my wife and I called Rocky. From day one, dealing with work comp has been a nightmare. They fought us on every treatment and everything that I needed to function. Rocky was Afsoon were great knowledgeable and always kept me informed. The folks at Rocky Law Firm always knew me and all about my case. I didn’t feel like a number. Carmen is a bad to the bone. She and Afsoon fought those adjusters tooth and nail and are still fighting. I didn’t want to make a million dollars out of this, I just wanted to have my medical expenses taken care of. Rocky and his firm got me more than I expected and even though my case is done, they’re still helping me because I’m still having problems with work comp paying for the things they are supposed to pay. I recommend them to anybody who needs them for workcomp, car accidents, whatever. I’ve got no complaints.

I was injured working for a retail company. If it were not for Afsoon and Carmen, I would have not gotten the medical treatment I needed or the support they gave me during the process. Its amazing to me how insurance companies take advantage of the system so if you do not have the right attorney, you can get frustrated quickly and just give up. I never once thought of giving up because of the constant communication that I received from my attorney's admin, Carmen. She got to know me and explained everything that I needed to know. She fought for me through the whole process. And when I was frustrated and didn't understand, she always had the right answers. My attorney and Carmen made me feel like one of the family and that they really cared and were concerned that I got the best recovery possible for my injuries.

The staff was very helpful and responsive ..after my initial visit with rocky law firm they ran with the ball and took total control for me .. I had nothing to worry about .. I'm very happy with the service they provided for me ..would highly recommend their services..
