Three months into my representation with no resolve! Communication is poor; I did most of the calling and texting because I felt neglected. I had an attorney call me and tell me he would call me the following week but never heard back. . . . Overall: lack of professionalism, respect and see through. If you’re wanting reasonable results . . . don’t call this law firm.

All it took was 1 call for my Son whose life was turned upside down by a driver who pulled out in front of him. He was frantic but this law firm stepped in and handled everything. They have been there whenever my son has had questions. I sincerely appreciate their attentiveness. Thank you.

Via phone / email. Supposed to be a personal injury lawyer. So you'd think they would handle any case that involves a personal injury. Let alone an injury they advertised they would handle. Even to go so far to have Blair state on the commercial for handling the Camp LeJeune Water Toxicity Act that he is a Marine so he understands. I am Marine and I called them based on Blair being a Marine too. Got a pleasant "Brush off" email with links to other legal services that may help me. Replied pushing the issue and an explanation. Basically, they are representing clients that have the easy to prove or are more of a physical affliction or disease. Basically taking the easy route. Won't represent more difficult (take more work to connect to the water toxicity) conditions that are on the recognized list of conditions. I was offended. That my condition (which is a qualifying disease) isn't worth their time or work. Final email I sent I expressed my feelings about this and wanted them to tell Blair, "So much for Semper Fi, brother". He obviously isn't my brother, a Marine who doesn't leave a brother behind. Must've been an office clerk Marine. So, if you have a disease or condition that is on the qualifying list in the Camp LeJeune Water Toxicity Act that is harder to prove , don't expect them to help you. Spare yourself the frustration, continue on to another law firm.
