I gave them a one because there wasn't a zero but these people called me maybe maybe three times then they closed my case. I never even met these people in person. They are a joke

The worst law firm I've ever had represent me.They came to my house and lied to me telling me I was going to get me compensation for the 4 months I missed from work and I got stuck with a doctor bill for $2600 because they slipped up and didn't put it in my settlement letter.I had sent them copies of all.the doctor bills.I lost out on $56,000 from missing 4 months of work to get $2200 so I advise any and everybody to stay away from this law firm.They say they'll fight for you I cant tell.Do not trust these people!!!!!My case is closed now and Aaron told me if I didn't settle yall would go off my case I didn't get any of my lost wages yall didn't fight for me at all i missed for months of work and you the owner didn't try to contact me either so what are you going to do about it

I called to try to get some help about a case that happened in 2018 though it's currently January 2020 it wasn't brought to my attention to recently that the other person has seeked a civil suit against me for their medical expenses though I was not at fault I called Bart Durham to try to talk to see what I needed to do because this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me I spoke to a lady on the phone that was a secretary I guess and I was told that because I wasn't receiving current medical attention that they wouldn't be able to do much they would see what they could do which made me feel as if because I'm not receiving current medical attention because I really can't afford it right now that my case does it matter it made me feel hopeless so why are you advertising to the public that you're a law office thats proud to help when in reality if nobody's receiving current medical attention you don't give a damn reality is most people can't afford to continue to go through current medical treatment for something that has happened 2 years ago but as a lawyer I would expect for them to be willing to help everyone especially with a valid case and a lot of evidence to prove that they didn't do it especially if it would be an easy case for you to win they don't care so I wouldn't call Bart Durham nor would I recommend Bart Durham to anybody because your case wouldn't matter and all these reviews on this website I feel like they pick and choose which ones they want to post I'm a real person with real life issues that just needed somebody to listen to my case and they didn't even care

As a medical debt collector I experience alot of harsh attorneys, who make it difficult to get outstanding balances resolved. However, Laura and Amy make my job alot easier they are always so happy and helpful. While this may seem trivial it makes it easier on their clients by them diligently working to resolve accounts. It means that their clients will have less stress, at the end of their case.
