I was rear ended while taking a right hand turn and I am sore from the accident don’t think I’m actually insured the attorney said we are only taking injury accidents and I told them that I have no problem paying them to do this out of my own pocket they don’t care if they can’t sue somebody for a lot of money they don’t want to even help you there a bunch of liars the person I spoke on the phone with specific told me they’re taking only injury cases there are a bunch of ambulance chasers and go ahead speak to whoever you need to I will give you my last name to look up Sajelian

Terrible. A friend of mine was in a wreck 2 years ago and contacted Bart Durham. She has been working with him this whole time. She has been unable to work and still hasn't recieved anything,been to court nothing. Bart Durham has not got her anything and has led her to believe she would get something because the wreck was so bad. Definitely would not recommend them.

Wonderful job, very quickly resolved and after hiring this firm I rarely ever heard from anyone unless it was a priority matter.

Our church serves a healthy meal to some of the working poor as well as some suffering from homelessness and the wonderful folks at the Law office of Bart Durham are big supporters, volunteering to help prepare and serve the meals, contribute food to the pantry and clothes for the closet. Our guests love it when the employees of Bart Durham are there because not only are they extremely friendly, but they care about the people of Nashville.

Blair Durham and the firm not only changed our life but they saved our lives. My 2yr old son and I were in a life changing car accident which included multiple injuries that were physical and mental that will forever impact our lives. During the ordeal of surgeries following a TBI for my son, rehab, therapy and financial stress while in the hospital for 3 months and returning home with 5 days a week of physical, occupational and speech therapy, I was constantly stressed, and worried with the care of my son, but I truly thank God for Blair and the wonderful staff (especially Laurie Beckner) for allowing me to just focus on the care for me and my son and avoid the nightmare of dealing with the insurance companies that initially showed me that they truly did not care. I was constantly kept up to date on the status of my case and they were able to pull back the layers and discover that there was even more liability involved within our case than initially reported at the scene. Blair or a member of his team would call me once a week just to check on my son and I and our progress. They were more than our attorneys they became our family and they handled our case as though we were family. It has been 3 years since we have settled and our relationship has still maintained beyond expectations. Thanks to Bart Durham Law Firm my son and I are taken care of and I am able focus on being a full time Mom and care for my son without the worry of our financial future. I am truly grateful for Blair and the team for being in my life at a time when I needed them most!
