I hired Daniel McMurtry to represent me for an extremely difficult SS disability case. There were many, many physicians involved (over 30), and I presented with multiple diagnoses. Due to the severity of the case, it lasted almost two years, and eventually had to be settled in court. While this was a very depressing time for me, Dan was always available. However, what really speak volumes about Dan is his knowledge and competency in the court room. He was prepared for any situation and conducted himself as a professional at all times. Dan is very easy to approach, good listener, and will go above and beyond for your case. My case was settled in March of 2020.
