I am very pleased that a co- worker of mine recommended me to The Law Offices of James Flexer. I HIGHLY recomment that anyone who is needing help with Bankruptcy, come to the offices of James Flexer for the following reasons: 1. They have a great and friendly staff. 2. I am leaving with the sense of mind that I now understand how the process works and am completely comfortable with having them as my representation. 3. knowing that you can walk out of the office knowing that finally, someone has listened to you and has begun the process of actually helping. Dan was an amazing Attorney, he helped us every step of the way in our Chapter 13. We were even able to start the purchase of our first home in Tennessee before we even completed. This is by far the best Law Firm for a Bankruptcy in Tennessee. I can't thank them enough, everyone did a wonderful job. They were never judgmental and they are always willing to help.
