Mr. Oakley has represented and helped my friends and family since 2006. He is professional and personal and always has his clients best interest in mind. In 2006 he represented myself and seven others and won a nasty class action lawsuit, his work ethic was just phenomenal - he simply doesn't give up. In 2015 he structured and negotiated the sell of a family medical practice and continues to handle all of our business matters and legal affairs. Greg Oakley is many things: Tenacious. Knowledgeable. What he didn't know, he tirelessly researched. Concerned. Greg took time to make sure I was "ok" through the whole process. Passionate. He argued the principles, not just the money. The case was unprecedented - until we won, that is. Violation of the Consumer Protection Act by an insurance company during the claims process, plus a few other counts. Now other people have more grounds to keep their insurance companies on the straight and narrow - based upon our win! I almost felt bad for the other side, because Greg is just that good. Justice was served, and Greg's tireless efforts were a major component of the win. We walked out of the court room with our heads high - and then had a beer together to celebrate. He is not just a great attorney, he also became a close friend and compatriot during our battle.

Greg was an amazing litigator both before and during my long, drawn out insurance case, and even though there wasn't a ton of money in the case to begin with, he found a way to win more than three times the reward than any other lawyer could promise. I have remained friends with him after the case too, and would definitely hire him again for anything that he would agree to take on, because he's a fighter, a tenacious fighter.
