Jason is experienced, forthright, and candid. In what should have been a very simple matter and became complicated, Jason anticipated potential problems and offered pros and cons of possible options. I didn't always defer to his preferred course of action, which 100% of the time turned out that his course was the correct one to begin with. It was obvious that he held my interests as a priority, and was responsive and efficient. Should the occasion arise whereby an acquaintance finds themselves in a similar situation, I'll bluntly tell them they'd be foolish not to hire him.

My initial plan was to shop around until i found a good fit, but ,luckily, Jason was my first stop. After our initial consultation I was convinced i wasn't going to find a better attorney so my search ended that day. Jason answered any and all of my questions with great detail and enthusiasm. He met my concerns with honesty and encouragement and has an uncanny ability of putting things into perspective that brought me back to reality many times. To just say that he is down the earth and knowledgeable would be grave understatements. His entire team and staff is second to NONE. Thanks to all of you. I hope we never see each other again... in a professional sense. :)

Jason is a consummate professional with detailed knowledge of divorce and family law. He is friendly but direct. His communication was excellent. Even if he was in court or mediation until well after the conclusion of normal business hours, he always returned calls or messages the same day or the next morning and dealt with all correspondence and documentation ASAP. He advised me patiently and carefully and never pressured me to follow a particular course of action, making clear to me from the beginning that the decisions were mine alone and that his job was not to tell me what to do, but to explain to me what I COULD do. He dealt calmly and professionally with my spouse's attorney and made every effort to keep things as amicable as possible, but he was not afraid to get tough when conflicts arose. Probably the best compliment I can give Jason regards the way he handled himself in mediation. A day I expected to last six or eight hours at the most stretched on into the tenth hour. I became fatigued, frustrated, emotional, and confused to the point that I would have "thrown in the towel." Up to the end of a very long day, Jason remained calm, professional, and poised and made sure every detail was accounted for, advising me in a way that we were able to reach a satisfactory agreement. I was confident in Jason from the get-go, but the way he handled himself after ten hours of mediation confirmed for me that I had hired one of the best people I could have found to handle my case. Highly recommended.

The only thing he failed to do was offer me 3 cups of coffee in stead of one and two. Lol. No this young man is very knowledgeable and understanding. He knows every situation is complex and different and he works very closely to understand the dynamics of your life and relationships with you significant other.

Jason was recommended to me by a good friend and I wasn't let down. He was swift, to the point, confident, friendly, understanding, easy to get in touch with, and last but not least....he backed up the confidence with action. I'd put Jason up against anyone.

Jason was a valuable asset to me when I needed him the most. He has a way of getting you to understand clearly the law and when and when not to present your case. In a clear stressful situation for the client, I had full confidence in him and his advise, we got along very well and feel he allowed me to express myself, along with giving me the consequences of my actions, from good to bad. Most importantly he wins, and I wouldn't have my home or children without his guidance.

Mr. Talley was very honest, open, and non-judgemental during a very emotional and difficult time. He offered fair legal advice and gave me many options. I felt very comfortable. I would recommend Mr. Talley to the highest degree to anyone found in a similar situation.

Jason was excellent at stepping in and helping run different scenarios. My case had a lot of financial pieces that had to be pulled together and I was very impressed with Jason's understanding of everything. In between conversations he was working behind the scenes and I never had to repeat info as Ihave in the past with other attorneys. He is cost conscious and very fair. He also works well with the opposing counsel which is a big help to bring things to a close.
