Long periods of no communication or it be five star

Have been comfortable,informative,thoughtful,and respectful throughout my couple years of dealing with workman’s compensation process!! Thank you and I appreciate you all,especially my attorney!!

My case worker is always there when I need to talk with her or have questions. They treat you like you’re the only client they have an very concerned about how you are. Highly recommend Morgan and Morgan.

As a former paralegal myself, I am disappointed that I did not have an initial face to face meeting with my attorney. The first paralegal I spoke to couldn’t remember the details of my case after speaking to her more than once. After SEVERAL attempts to reach her and not gear back, over a two week period, I had to call the office to try and speak to my attorney directly. I was told that she was let go and was directed to my new but temporary paralegal. Apparently I can have direct contact with my attorney. I called and left a message for Christina Woods on April 11th and still have not heard back from her. Ms. Woods informed me when I first spoke to her that the Notice of Representation was never sent out by the first paralegal, why was this not caught by the attorney? I still have zero idea if it was ever sent out to this day. My confidence in competent representation is not too high at this point. I would appreciate if I was responded to please. Thank you

They just blocked my number and never told me why they dropped my case.... I never even got to talk to my "lawyer" only the assistant. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
