My partner called the toll-free call center to try and get representation for appeal of an SSDI claim. They asked that she sign the e-doc. A week later we called back to find out what was going on, and they said the e-doc hadn't picked up the social and she needed to sign again. Why the call center employee was on the line, she signed and he confirmed they received it. Another week later and still nothing so she calls again. Again she is told that the social didn't process through and the e-doc would need to be signed again. Mind you, noone called, noone sent and e-mail, noone conveyed this in any way and had we not been diligent in following up I assume they would have let it sit there forever. This is a time sensitive appeal and they have already run the clock out 30 days without the first bit of help. Don't waste your time with M&M if you are needing an appeal, go with a local attorney that will actually call back rather than a call center that only clicks boxes and doesn't follow up.

Disappointed. Never received a call saying they would not take my case. Intake person would not even look at the evidence I had. What's even sadder. I had to call after 48 hours to see if you wanted to take my case. However, a prompt response picked on Google. This is not a firm that looks after those who need help.

Lost everything in a apartment fire 5 months ago and decided to call Morgan and Morgan to pursue legal action due to negligence and still not knowing exactly what caused the fire to happen. The person that is over the investigation isn’t returning my phone calls and the apartments aren’t keeping me or anyone else informed with any information regarding the investigation. The lady I spoke with said the lawyers told her that they are not able to assist me. I asked why are they not willing to take my case since my neighbor who was also involved in the fire with me has a case with Morgan and Morgan and she said she couldn’t tell me why. First time I called a lawyers office for HELP and got told no without a legit reason. I no longer have the patience to reach out elsewhere because of the experience I’ve had with Morgan and Morgan.

I have had a case for about a year now spoke to my lawyer maybe twice still haven’t heard from them for like 3 months everytime I call there is no answer would not recommend them to anyone

They settled my case in about 11 months. Very easy to work with.

I'm not satisfied with the time it's taking to address my concerns. So far I'm getting the run around from lots of different phone operators/paralegals. If you have the opportunity to get someone at a more expedited rate I'd suggest another route beyond Morgan and Morgan. Big firm = you being another number = they really don't care about serving you the consumer. Conclusion, horrible first impression, ground work started without assistance, no legal advice is provided without waiting (24-48 business hours), need someone and no one is there to help you in your most desperate time.
