I never thought I would need or even want to use a personal injury attorney. I actually dreaded the experience. Most importantly to me is I wanted to work with someone local and not a "Big Box" firm. The service & care I received exceeded ALL my expectations. I was hit by an uninsured motorist while driving Rideshare, Uber/Lyft. Rideshare drivers do yourself a favor & if you are reading this please call them right now. Sit down for an initial meeting and I have no doubt you will feel secure in working with them. I felt extremely comfortable with William Mayfield immediately when he met with me the same day I called. William went over the pros & cons but most importantly he did not set me up for any expectations. He did let me know if it does go to a jury anything can happen. I knew then I had a friend in William. My case was anything but large but I was out of work & medical expenses add up quickly. I was treated like I had been a client for years. William Mayfield & Brenda we're always quick to return calls & emails. I was always included on any decisions that affected me and ultimately the decision was left to me after their consultation. It's nice to know there is a firm like Matt Hardin Law to help you. They provided professional and personal care, their knowledge & honesty helped relief the anxiety I had. They did not ask me to seek unnecessary treatments and doctors that would prolong & complicate my case. The entire staff was always very helpful & friendly. A dump truck hit me and totaled my car. I didn't have any transportation at all. I called the truck insurance company. They sent a request for a car. I was rear ended in 2015. This was my first accident and I didn't know what to do. Due to my injury I missed school. I even had to go to physical therapy. A friend referred me to Matt Hardin Law. I contacted a high profile lawyer who refused to even take my case! I contacted Matt and his team and they took my case and worked hard to settle my case. I can say that it was not an easy case. Mr. Hardin spent a lot of time on my wife's wrongful death case, which lasted almost three years. He kept me informed when things changed and when depositions were going to be taken to see if I would like to attend. He asked me to take notes and to write down any questions I would like him to ask. This was also done in court. When I had something that bothered me, he listened to me and asked questions I thought helped my case. Mr. Hardin is an Eagle Scout and his motto is to be prepared. I was so impressed with how prepared he was and how he handled himself in court (very well prepared and knew the law). The jury also noticed this because when the trial was over, members of the jury told me that they called Mr. Hardin "The Shark" during their deliberations. Everything that Mr. Hardin did was first class and I felt more than a client, I felt like a friend.

Matt represented me when I got hit by a car while crossing the street. Throughout the process, he gave me a lot of great advice and always made himself available whenever I had a question about anything. Truly a class act.
