I was charged with felony 6 child abuse/neglect, with all my life (career, family and potential deportation if convicted) on stake, I desperately needed to win this case. Steve was retained to represent me in this case. He delivered the best outcomes I could ever ask for. First, we won the preliminary hearing and the case was dismissed by J&DR court. However, the Commonwealth did an indictment and the case went to circuit court for Jury trial. For the second time, we won and the case was stricken by the court at the trial.
