Sent in a retainer, the firm applied for my mark. The mark was returned by the trademark office asking for additional information. I contacted Patterson to develop a response, and after asking for an update a few weeks later, I never heard from them. I canceled their services a month later, and never received a reply. Completely unprofessional.

Mr. Norton is extremely well versed in all areas of bankruptcy law, and communicates in a way that the average person can understand. He was very honest and upfront regarding the legal challenges the company faced in filing a chapter 11 petition to avoid receivership. Throughout the entirety of the case he was always available and took time to address all concerns of management/ ownership.
