Ms Vanderkooi helped me correctly file for benefits from the VA for my elderly father and mother about 5 years ago. It was a mountain of paperwork and overwhelming. Everyone I spoke with there was so pleasant and professional. I recently called again with questions and just as before they got back with me immediately.
