Magnolia Title was great to work with in our house purchase. As first time homebuyers, we had many questions after going under contract. The team helped out right from the start and we’re very responsive. Josh was great on Closing Day. He walked us through the process step by step. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a thorough and quality experience.
