We have used Magnolia Title & Escrow twice now, once when buying our first home and then again selling that same home this week. Our experience with the staff has been awesome, from the days/weeks leading up to closing day and then on the actual closing day we felt completely at ease and taken care of. We will continue to use Magnolia for all of our real estate transactions and will recommend them to anyone looking for a title company.

Always a fantastic experience closing with them. Handled both my initial buy and refinance with ease and clear communication. Appreciated the COVID protocols and precautions they were taking too during this weird time. I felt safe and valued, something that matters during this time and while signing a lot of big documentation.
